Straws must be prepaid before storage can begin. Storage can be cancelled at any time and 75% of the original price will be refunded – we are one of the few sperm banks with a refund policy. Only straws that are still on deposit at Scandinavian Cryobank and have not been previously delivered can be cancelled. Storage fees are not refundable.
